Common Questions
Does MintMart charge any upfront registration fee?
No. Listing your shop on MintMart is free. You only need an active Mint POS subscription. MintMart earns a small commission on each completed order — there are no monthly fees on top of your POS plan.
What is the commission rate?
Commission is between 8–15% depending on your product category and order volume. Exact rates are discussed during onboarding. High-volume shops qualify for lower rates.
What if I already have Mint POS — do I need a separate app?
No. MintMart orders come into your existing Mint POS interface. There is no separate app or login. Everything is unified — one screen for in-store and online orders.
How does delivery work? Do I need my own riders?
MintMart provides the rider network. When you accept an order, a MintMart rider picks it up from your shop and delivers to the customer. You focus on preparing the order — we handle the last mile.
How long does it take to go live on MintMart?
After you submit your shop registration through Mint POS, the review and onboarding takes 24–48 hours. Our team contacts you on WhatsApp to verify your shop and help upload your initial catalog.
Can I set my own delivery hours and minimum order?
Yes. You control your shop hours, delivery radius, minimum order amount, and which products are available at what times. Everything is configurable from Mint POS.
What cities does MintMart currently operate in?
MintMart is currently live in Lahore and Karachi, with Islamabad and Faisalabad coming soon. If you're in a city not yet listed, register now and we'll add you to the waitlist for your city's launch.
