Is there really no setup fee?

No setup fees on standard plans. Enterprise clients may have a one-time onboarding fee depending on the scope of their setup.

What happens after the 7-day trial?

After 7 days you pick a plan. If you don't, the system pauses — your data is safe and you can resume anytime.

Why is there no fixed price for premium brands?

A clothing boutique with 4 outlets and size-variant inventory needs a different setup than a single-counter shop. Custom pricing means you only pay for what you actually need — not a rigid plan that either undershoots or overcharges your operation.

Can I get an annual contract instead of monthly?

Yes. Annual contracts are available on all plans and come with a significant discount versus monthly pricing. For enterprise clients, we only quote annual — it keeps your cost predictable and unlocks priority support.

Can I upgrade or downgrade later?

Yes. Switch plans anytime. If you upgrade mid-month we prorate the difference.
