REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy applies to all subscriptions and purchases made through Mint POS (Sole Proprietorship), operated from Lahore, Pakistan, at mintpos.pk.

1. No-Refund Policy

All subscription purchases for Mint POS software are final and non-refundable. Because our product is a digital software license delivered immediately upon payment, we do not offer refunds, partial refunds, credits, or exchanges once a subscription has been activated or a license has been issued.

2. Why We Do Not Offer Refunds

Mint POS is a digitally delivered software product. Upon purchase:

  • A unique hardware-bound license key is issued immediately to your device.
  • Full access to the software and all features is granted instantly.
  • Onboarding, setup assistance, and support resources are made available.

Because the product has been fully delivered upon activation, no refund can be processed.

3. Free Trial

We encourage all prospective customers to thoroughly evaluate Mint POS during any available free trial or demo period before making a purchase. This ensures you are fully satisfied with the software before committing to a subscription.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing cycles. Cancellation stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current or any prior billing period. Your access will continue until the end of the current paid period.

5. Exceptions

In the rare event of a duplicate charge or a verified technical billing error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. We will investigate and, if a billing error is confirmed, issue a correction or credit at our discretion.

6. Payment Processing

Online payments are processed by our authorized third-party payment processor acting as Merchant of Record. Payment disputes and chargebacks are handled in accordance with that processor's policies. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms of service of the applicable payment processor.
